Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
All new subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. During the trial, you have full access to your selected plan's features. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are unsatisfied with the Service. Refund requests must be submitted to billing@pulsemetrics.io with your account details.
3. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, you may request a prorated refund within 30 days of payment. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription term, less any applicable processing fees.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) subscription renewals after the initial refund period; (b) enterprise or custom contracts unless specifically negotiated; (c) add-on purchases or overage charges; (d) partial months of unused service.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to billing@pulsemetrics.io from the email address associated with your account. Include your account ID, subscription plan, and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our Terms of Service. In cases of service outages or significant failures on our part, we may offer service credits at our discretion.
